General Terms
It is agreed that, the Buyer is aware of the Terms and Conditions at the time of placing the order. Considering the personalisation of gifts, Be My Thanks would not entertain any cancellations once the order is placed.
Please make sure you are fully aware of the product you are ordering, the suitability of occasion, and the quantity required prior to placing the order. Once an order is placed and the payment is through, it would not be possible to cancel the order in full or in part.
Similarly, we do not allow any exchange of product once the order has been placed.
Damaged Product
We take all care to check every product prior to dispatch. In the rare case of a defective product reaching a customer, it would be exchanged or refunded after due verification, only if the Buyer notifies us within 48 hours of delivery.
The buyer should send us the image of the damaged product over email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the refund / exchange will be done after due verification by our operations team. The decision of the management would be final on the approval of any exchange / refund request.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make sure correct bank account details are provided in case of any refund being made.
